jogged/walked/sprinted (mistake! lol) roughly 2 miles
returned at 535pm and did ab work

So today was my first time jogging in a while (the weather has been icky) and i’ve discovered what is wrong with my feet
1. i over pronate like whoa!
2. i’m wearing the wrong sneakers, mine don’t have enough motion control.
So now i’m kinda stuck, i just bought my sneakers so i really don’t want to buy new ones, but i feel like i kinda have too :(
